Customers are responsible for stripping all components that are not required for the work requested.
Please send in only the parts that are necessary for the work being done.
A few examples: screws, springs, trigger pins, barrels, feed necks, ball detents, barrel locks, E-boards, etc.
These parts are easily misplaced or lost or simply absorbed into the shop.
However, take note of those jobs that I ask for additional parts for fitting.

I need an invoice with every transaction!
If you send a PayPal payment, I need to know the parts you ordered and any custom work you are paying for.
I need this information not only to process your order “today” but for tracking purposes in the future.
If you send a money order for payment I need a copy of your invoice.
If you send me parts, I need a copy of your invoice included with your parts.
Send any and all details of your project in with your parts.
If we have been discussing your project in one of the forums, I need to know your forum name when you send me parts and payments.
There is NO WAY for me to know who you are 99% of the time based on your real name or the parts you send in.
I need a LEGIBLE return address, preferably type written.
Your parts will be handled with care, however like most shops it’s a fairly rough environment.
Most mods go through a pretty harsh process so there is no way I can guarantee them against every possible mark that may occur.
